Climb a brutal five miles of singletrack to Strawberry lake (which is a
reportedly beautiful site) and then come busting back down those 5 miles.
From Bigfork, drive north on 35. Take a right at 83 at the gas station (first <br />stop light outside of town). Take a left onto Foothills road? at the Echo lake <br />cafe/school/gas station corner. Follow foothills road, pass the turn for the <br />Jewel Basin Hiking area, continue on and take a right onto the gravel road <br />towards Strawberry Lake Trail. Drive all the way up the road until it <br />deadends at the top.<br /><br />
